Vinyl Options

Indoor

Thanksgiving banners are commonly seen both indoors and outdoors. They are seen in such indoor venues as building entrances, hanging from store ceiling, and inside a home during a party. If you want to place your banner indoors, we have two vinyl materials to choose from. We have both Indoor Vinyl and Indoor Opaque Vinyl. Both materials are equally durable due to their weather resistance and UV protection that guarantee a long banner life. The difference between the two options is that Indoor Vinyl has a matte feel and the Indoor Opaque Vinyl has a smoother satin feel.

Outdoor

What if you want to place your Thanksgiving banner outdoors, such as in front of your home, business, or at an event? Then we have three vinyl materials to select from. If you are displaying the banner outdoors, it is important to think about what the weather will be like. Will this banner have to withstand a lot of wind? If so, we recommend choosing the Mesh Vinyl. This material is perforated so that the wind blows through the banner rather than pushes against it. This prevents the material and print from getting ruined. There is also the choice between the 18oz and 23oz Opaque Vinyl. Both materials are strong enough for outdoor use, but the 18oz option is for lighter, shorter term display compared to the more heavy-duty 23oz version. Consider if the weather constantly changes and how long the banner will be set up before deciding which vinyl you want.

Finishing Options

We have several finishing options to choose from. You can get one or a combination of finishes, such as grommets and hemmed sides, so it is important to know what each term means. Think about how you want to set up your Thanksgiving banners when choosing between banner finishes:

Grommets: Get grommets in the four corners of the banner or on every 1.5ft of material, depending on how long it is. Grommets are for using bungee cords to hang the banner from a wall, ceiling, or on the side of a building.

Ultra-Strong Adhesive Tabs: Add adhesive tabs to the four corners of the Happy Thanksgiving banner or around the perimeter. These tabs work the same way as the grommets do in that they are compatible with bungee cords.

Pole Pockets: Choose between getting a pole pocket on the top of the banner or on the top and the bottom. Pole pockets are for attaching the banner to a hardware display stand, such as a pole set. The poles easily slide through the opening of the pockets.

Hemmed Sides: You can have all the sides of the banner hemmed so that the edges will not rip or tear when set up outdoors and indoors for a long period. The hemmed sides are great for hanging the banner or installing it without hardware.

Cut Sides: For a classic look, you can have all the sides cut. This leaves smooth, thin sides that are easily placed on a canvas or inside a frame that mounts to a wall. Having the sides cut also allows you to hang the Thanksgiving banner with clips.
