Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Custom 5x5 Canopy Tent Details
Promote your brand or custom design at your next show or event with an all over print 5x5 canopy tent. These pop up tents are 100% customizable and are designed for indoor and outdoor display. We print our 5x5 canopies using dye sublimation for full-color, vibrant graphics that are scratch-resistant.
We offer two material options: 300D polyester and 600D polyester. Both material options are water-resistant, flame-retardant, and finished with a polyurethane coating to prevent any weathering, corrosion, or abrasions. The 600D polyester is heavier and more fortified again outdoor weather elements. Choose from two frame styles: Economy or Deluxe. Economy frames are made from steel and can withstand winds up to 20mph. Deluxe frames are crafted from aluminum and are rated to withstand winds up to 30mph. Add walls to your custom 5x5 pop up tent to protect your canopy and keep your products safe from the sun, wind, and rain.
Choose one of the three methods listed below. All design submissions are checked by our pre-press team for any errors or issues. We will email you a final design proof for your approval before we begin producing your 5x5 canopy tent.
Design Online: Create your design online, in real time, using our online design tool. This tool allows you to upload artwork and logo files directly from your computer and makes it easy to insert clip art, background designs, text fonts, and more.
Upload Artwork: To design your canopy using this method you must download your specific artwork template, add your artwork using design software, and reupload the completed template to our website, before or after placing your order.
Free Design Service: We can help fix your current artwork or work with you to build a design from scratch, for free! Just send our team your current artwork files or some design instructions and we will work with you until the design is completed and applied to your all over print 5x5 canopy.
