Dye sublimation printing involves infusing the ink directly into the polyester fabric fibers. This process results in smooth designs that will not scratch or peel. DTF, or direct to film printing is an industry-best printing technique for custom cotton t-shirts. We recreate your artwork on a piece of film that transfers onto the fabric. Choose Your Custom T-Shirts Fabric
We have 2 affordable material options depending on the printing style you choose. All polyester apparel is printed using dye sublimation and all cotton shirts are printed using DTF printing.
Cotton is a very popular fabric for custom t-shirts because it’s more comfortable than other materials. That’s because it’s more breathable and less stiff and itchy. Using this fabric with our DTF printing process results in better looking, more comfortable, and slightly textured customized t-shirts.
Polyester is a great fabric for durability. It’s easy to clean, quickly dries, and is wrinkle-resistant for all kinds of wear and tear. Sublimation printing is only compatible with this. It produces the best looking and longest lasting artwork.
How To Design Your Custom T-Shirts Online
Step 1: Go to the personalized t-shirt you want. You can do this by navigating to the product page and filling out your order for the perfect custom made shirt.
Step 2: Select your printing area. Think about whether you want the front, back, or both the front and back printed with your t-shirt design.
Step 3: Choose how you want to make your own t-shirt. Either design the online template, download the file to independently create your design, or have our designers craft the artwork for you, for free.
Step 4: Decide your production time and shipping. When checking out, you can choose between standard or rush production and shipping for your custom shirts.
Step 5: Approve your design. You will receive a free artwork proof to look over and approve before we begin printing your shirts.
