What is the turnaround time?

Standard production times for customized backpack flags is 3 business days, plus shipping. If you would like your backpack earlier than our standard production time, we offer rush production for an additional fee. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

If you are ordering just the backpack flag pole hardware, turnaround time is same day if ordered before 1 p.m. ET, otherwise the hardware order will ship out next day.

What material are the flags?

The flags are made from our Outdoor Flag Polyester. This knitted material is lightweight, tear-resistant, and is safe for all season display. This material also has excellent color reproduction, showcasing your custom design through vibrant, full-color graphics.

Can I order just the backpack and/or just the flag?

Yes! If you would like just the backpack flag pole, or just the custom flag, you can select that option when configuring your product. Locate the “Order Type” dropdown menu when configuring your product. Here you can select “Hardware Only” “Prints and Hardware” or “Prints Only”.

Can I have my backpack flags printed double-sided?

Yes, we offer double-sided printing. Double-sided printing is a great solution for businesses that would like to display two different advertisements on each side of the flag or banner.
