All our table top signs have three ways to design the sign templates based on different preferences:

Design Online: This option is easy to use whether you are familiar with graphic design or not. Our design tool allows you to upload photos and business logos and add clipart and textboxes to further customize your template.

Upload Artwork Template: Many prefer to use their own graphic designers & software. If this is your case, download the artwork template link and upload it onto your computer to design. When you are done, send the finished print back to us.

Free Design Services: For those who need help customizing their template, our graphic designers are here to assist you. Let them know any specifications you have, and they will personalize your template free of charge. You will receive a proof to approve of before we print your custom counter signs.

All our custom counter signs are made using high-quality polyester, vinyl, or foam board materials. These materials are printed using digital printing with UV inks for vinyl and rigid materials, while fabric materials are printed via dye sublimation for vivid color reproduction. X-Banner Stand: Small, tabletop size of an X-banner stand. These stands have crisscross poles in the back that support the custom tabletop signs. Choose from vinyl or polyester banner material.

Mini Flag: Small printed flag with string that attaches to a mini flagpole. This is great for teachers’ desks and workspaces.

Mini Banners: We have a small banner that attaches to a pole and a framed banner. Both hardware options allow double-sided printing. We also carry click large custom banners if you are looking for sizeable displays.

Mini Retractable Banner: Retractable banners are immensely popular, and now they can be displayed on desks and tables. This banner rolls in and out of the base for simple use.

Snap Base Sign: Foamboard tabletop signs that are displayed on a snap base frame. This option is economical, and the print is easy to replace as campaigns and messages change.

Tabletop Signs - Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer double-sided table top sign printing?

Some of our counter-top signs have the frame cover one side of the sign. If this is the case, we offer single-sided printing to save you money. Our mini flags and table banners, however, have the option between single reverse and double-sided options. Single reverse is when we print the custom design on one side of the material and the ink bleeds the reverse image through to the other side. For double-sided version, we print the design on each side of the flag and sew a liner in between so that one side is not visible from the other.

Our tabletop snap base sign also includes two print options and is a popular choice for restaurant table tops. If your sign will only be seen from one side, you can get the single-sided option where the image only shows up on one side. If you want to set up your sign so that people from different directions can see it, we also offer a double print version where we print the graphic on both sides.

What materials do you have?

Some of our custom tabletop signs are made from miniature flag and banner material while others are made from rigid materials. Our mini banner products are made from Indoor Opaque Vinyl, which is a long-lasting vinyl that has weather-resistance and UV-protection for durability. We offer this same material for our larger vinyl banners, as well. Our mini flag product is made from the same materials as our regular sized flags. Outdoor Flag Polyester is strong enough for long term setups due to its tear-resistant, knitted fabric. Our tabletop signs are available in two foamboard options. The 3/16” Economy Foamboard is great for light indoor use while the 3/16” Premium Foamboard is equipped for different locations over a longer period.

Will I be able to use these tabletop signs outdoors and indoors?

Most of our smaller tabletop business sign styles are designed for indoor display, but light outdoor display should be fine. The products we recommend for long lasting outdoor setups is our mini flags and our Premium Foamboard snap base signs.

What size range do you have for the different displays?

We understand that different tabletops require different sized signs. Many of our custom tabletop signs come in one size that should fit on any table. Our mini retractable banners, however, come in a small and a large size and our mini banner frame is available in small, medium, and large sizes. Our snap base sign has a wider range of sizes than the other products, including custom sizes if you have more specific dimensions in mind.

How fast do your tabletop signs ship?

Because our custom tabletop signs have custom designs, they require our standard 3 day turnaround time, with expedited options available at checkout. How long production takes usually depends on how large your order is. If you need your signage by a certain date, we offer rush production and shipping times.
