Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

When will I get my custom window cling?
The turnaround time is 3 business days before they ship. For a faster delivery, there’s rush production and expedited shipping options available when checking out.
Do you have any minimum order quantities?
No, we have no minimum order quantities. Order as many or as little window clings as you need.
What surface can I place these on?
While clings are usually for window display, they cling to many nonporous surfaces, such as glass, metal, and plastic.
Can I display these printed window clings outdoors?
Yes, the window cling vinyl holds up in outdoor weather. We, however, do not recommend using them in wet conditions, because it might make them fall off the glass.
Are these removable?
Yes, the great thing about custom window clings is that they are 100% removable and don’t leave any sticky residue.
