Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines

We craft our banners by hand from durable 300D polyester and print them using dye sublimation for brilliant, full-color graphics that are fade-resistant and weather-resistant. Choose from multiple shapes and sizes, as well as an optional pole to carry the banner. Outdoor Tested Polyester
These parade banners are perfect for carrying outdoors due to the 300D polyester fabric. This material is water-resistant, scratch-proof, and flame-retardant to withstand all kinds of elements.
Available in Several Styles
Choose from several styles to create your ideal banner. All styles have a different shape and optional fringe at the bottom to flaunt your custom design.
Completely Customizable
Your unique artwork is printed across the entire banner. We print using dye sublimation for full-color graphics that are peel and scratch-resistant.
Easily Assembled Pole Kit
The optional pole kit makes carrying the banner a breeze. This hardware is lightweight and easily installed without tools. A bag is included for storing the poles.

Our custom parade banners come in two large sizes: 6ft x 2.7ft and 8ft x 2.7ft. Both options are easy to see and read from a distance and are wide enough to get your logo or message noticed.
We offer three design methods to choose from. Your design submission will be checked by our pre-press team for any errors or artwork issues. We will email you a free digital proof of your design for your approval before we begin printing your order.
Design Online: Our online tool makes it easy to upload artwork and logo files directly from your computer and provides clip art, text options, background designs, and more.
Upload Artwork: Download the artwork template, add your artwork using design software, and reupload the completed template to your account, before or after checking out.
Free Design Service: Let our team fix your current artwork or help build a design from scratch – for free. Just send us your artwork files or some design details and we will correspond with you until the design is completed and applied to your parade banner.
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 3 business days. We offer rush production and expedited shipping options at checkout. To preview your delivery date, click the “Estimate Delivery” button located at the top of the page.
What is the standard parade banner size?
We offer two sizes to choose from: 72in x 32in to 96in x 32in.
Are your banners weather-resistant?
Yes, our banners are weather-resistant, making them the perfect banners for parades, marching bands, and more. They are made from durable 300D polyester, a canvas like material that is water-resistant and safe for repeated outdoor display.
Will the graphics wash out if exposed to water?
No, the graphics will not fade if exposed to water. We print our banners using dye sublimation, an industry-best printing technique that injects ink directly into the polyester fibers, creating vibrant, fade-resistant graphics that won’t wash out or peel.
Are the banners easy to clean?
Yes, these banners are easy to clean. Simply wipe your banner down with a rag and warm soapy water and rinse. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or detergents. Hang dry for best results.
Do your offer parade banners with a pole?
The carry pole is an optional accessory. If you would like a carry pole added to your order, be sure to select the “Pole Kit” option when configuring your product.
