Upload Artwork Template: This is the perfect option for designers who have a software program they prefer working in. Download the artwork template onto your computer and upload the file back onto our site when you are done personalizing your counter.

Trade Show Counter Styles

We offer our portable counters in a variety of shapes and styles, so we often get people asking what the difference is between the different models. Here’s a breakdown of our models:

Trade Show Podium

These stands are a great option for conferences or other events where you must speak to an audience. Each foldable podium is three feet tall, making it the perfect height to stand behind and speak. The wide diameter of the podium makes it capable of holding your notes and anything else you’d need to make your presentation a successful one. The hollow inside is perfect for holding other items inside, like literature, charts, and more. Tearing down your portable podium is easy. Disconnect the display wrap from the top and bottom pieces and roll the wrap for easy storage and transport.

Portable Twist Counter & Tower

The counter and tower stand is ideal for showcasing products at trade shows. The frame is collapsible with a twist and pull function that makes it perfect for traveling to and from events. There are eight panels that are customizable and clear, so potential customers can see the contents without touching them. They are interchangeable and can be switched out for new graphics. The counter and tower product comes with two shelves that connect inside the podium. These shelves are great for storing your items inside the panels, while a countertop offers more display space.

Oval Counter

These portable counters are a great place to store literature, merchandise, freebies, or anything else you plan to give to customers. They features a 3ft by 1.7ft tabletop to give you plenty of table space. These custom trade show counters include a shelf for underneath the tabletop. This storage shelf is perfect for storing all your items that can’t fit on the tabletop. Takedown is easy. Just remove the countertop and shelf from the display wrap and roll the display wrap up. The display top, bottom, and inside shelf go inside the other.

Magnet Counter

The magnetic version is constructed from a metal frame with supporting bars. It is designed to be easy to install and takedown. When assembling, pull the frame apart and put the bars in place. Once all the bars are in place, the display wrap adheres to frame thanks to the included magnetic strips. Like the oval counter, this trade show counter with storage also includes a shelving unit to hold more items. Like the countertop, the shelf is long and curved for securing literature, giveaways, and more.

Straight Counter

The display wrap comes attached to the frame. The aluminum frame is collapsible for quick and easy assembly. The wrap connects to the sides of the frame, which provides a great base for the any one of the countertop options. Choose from black, white, or wood grain countertop options. These exhibition counters are customizable with their own graphics. The print will either cover three sides of the display with the back open or all four sides of the counter.

Hardcase Trolley Square with Graphic Cover

Trolley order includes both a carrying case and a customizable graphic that fits over the case. The graphic cover is completely customizable for your business or event logo. The durable trolley case keeps the contents safe while also being portable. There are wheels located at the bottom for easy transportation. The trolley comes in a square shape and features metal locks that will keep your items secure. Store your graphic cover inside the hardcase trolley when it’s not being used.

Hardcase Trolley with Graphic Banner

This hardcase trolley doubles as both a storage unit and a promotional display. This trolley comes with a graphic banner on the outside that’s fully customizable. Our hardcase trolley is made to be durable so that it will keep your inside items safe. There is a metal locking system for extra security. The graphic banner wraps around the outside of the trolley to showcase your print from all angles. The print connects to the trolley magnetically for fast assembly.

Hardcase Trolley with Graphic Cover

Showcase a graphic that’s also easy to transport with this hardcase trolley. The trolley is portable with wheels on the bottom, but also supports your custom graphic. The graphic cover slips over the trolley and will be visible from all sides. When you are not using the cover, safely secure it inside of the hardcase trolley. This portable display counter is made from PVC and has a metal locking system that will keep all your contents safe inside. There is also a padded lid for storing more fragile items.

Inflatable Table

These trade show counters are incredibly portable because of how light they are. Inflate these tables when you need them and deflate and safely store them away when not in use. Customize your own graphics to be inflated. The circular shape of this table allows people from all angles to see your promotional print. The inflatable graphics easily attach to the table and base with a zipper closure. Easily set up this table using the optional air pump. These pumps are manual, allowing you to pump air into the 24in or 40in table.

Backlit Inflatable Table

Simply carry your inflatable table displays to and from events due to their light weight and portable design. When these tables are not inflated, they are able to be stored flat. Your personal graphics will be inflated with the display. The print connects to the bases with a simple zipper closure. When setup, your graphics will be visible from all angles. This table display is backlit so that your graphics are even more noticeable. The LED lights are battery operated and will illuminate your print.
