Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Design Church Banners Online
Choose how to design your custom church banners from one of the following methods:
Design Online: Use our design tool to upload logo images, personalize colors and fonts, and add clipart and backgrounds to your praise banners. Send the finished template to us from the online tool when the banner design is finalized.
Upload Artwork Template: Download the banner template onto your computer and use your own software to customize it. Send the finished file back to us before or after placing your order by clicking on the “Upload Template” button.
Free Design Services: Do you need help designing your church banners? Our professional graphic designers will customize the banner at no additional cost. Contact us with any specific ideas you have, like if you need advent banners or signage for lent. You will receive an artwork proof to approve before we print anything.
Church Banners Vinyl Options
Outdoor
We have five different vinyl options to choose from. How do you know which one is right for your praise banners? It depends on where you will display the banner and for how long. If you are planning on setting it up outdoors, such as on a banner post or pole, there are several options. For windy settings, there is the Mesh Vinyl, which is perforated to withstand the weather. For outdoor church banners display in lighter conditions, there is the 18oz Opaque Vinyl. For long-term, heavier-duty use, there is the 23oz Opaque Vinyl, which is a stronger material.
Indoor
There are also two indoor vinyl options if the church wall banners are going to be hung from the ceiling or on a wall. The options are Indoor Vinyl and Indoor Opaque Vinyl. The Opaque version has a satin finish while the regular Indoor Vinyl has a matte feel. Both indoor materials are weather-resistant and UV-protected so the church banners will last a long time for seasonal display.
Finishing Options
There are several finishing options to choose from. Each option can be used to display your worship banners in a unique fashion.
Grommets: Get grommets in all four corners or every 1.5ft feet. This option is for hanging the banner, either indoors and outdoors, with bungee cords or on a post.
Ultra-Strong Adhesive Tabs: Choose adhesive tabs for the four corners or across the perimeter of the banner. This an alternative option for hanging the banner.
Pole Pockets: Add a pole pocket to the top of the praise banners or the top and bottom. This is for displaying the banner on a pole. Insert the pole into the pocket and slide the pole across until taut.
Hemmed Sides: Get all the sides hemmed for durable ends that will not tear. This option is great for hanging the church wall banners without hardware, such as with nails.
Cut Sides: For a clean-cut, classic look, get all sides of the church banners for walls cut. If you plan on using the church banners with a frame or a canvas, this is the perfect choice.
