Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.

- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics

Upload Artwork Template: Create your banner design on your own software by downloading the template onto your computer. Insert your artwork onto the template using your own graphic design software. Lastly, upload the finished template before or after placing your order.

Vinyl Options
Outdoor
It is especially important to decide which vinyl material is right for your restaurant banner. Think about whether the custom restaurant signs will be indoors or outdoors and for how long. If it will be outdoors, it is important that you choose a vinyl material suitable for the weather. For particularly windy settings, there is the Mesh Vinyl. This material is perforated so that the wind will pass through the vinyl, keeping the print safe. Mesh Vinyl is popular for fence and post banners. The other outdoor vinyl options are the 18oz and 23oz Opaque Vinyl. Both are the same type of vinyl, except the 23oz vinyl is for heavier duty display compared to the 18oz. The Opaque Vinyl options are also weather-resistant and UV-protected so that they will withstand the different seasons.
Indoor
If the restaurant banners are for inside your establishment, there are two indoor vinyl materials to choose from. There is an Indoor Vinyl and an Indoor Opaque Vinyl. Although they are for indoor use, both vinyl selections are weather-resistant and UV-protected for a long banner life. The difference between the two is that Indoor Vinyl has a matte finish and the Indoor Opaque Vinyl is 100% opaque and has a smoother satin finish. The durability of these materials allows you to use these banners repeatedly throughout the year for monthly or weekly dinner specials.
Finishing Options
Consider how your custom restaurant signs will be setup. Will it be with or without hardware? To make installing your restaurant banner easy, select one of the following finishing options:
Grommets: Get grommets either on the four corners or on every 1.5ft of banner material. This finishing is for using bungee cords to hang the banner from the ceiling or on an outdoor post. This option is perfect for indoor and outdoor setups.
Ultra-Strong Adhesive Tabs: Choose between having adhesive tabs on the four corners of the banner or around the perimeter if the banner is large. These tabs are also for hanging the banner indoors or outdoors with bungee cords.
Pole Pockets: You can get a pole pocket on the top of the banner or on the top and the bottom for a tauter look. Pole pockets are for installing the banner on a pole set. The poles simply slide through the opening of the pockets.
Hemmed Sides: Having the sides hemmed creates strong banner edges that will not tear or rip so that the banner remains in excellent condition. This is a popular choice for both indoor and outdoor setups without hardware.
Cut Sides: Get the sides cut for placing the banner in a variety of places, such as long-term indoor display or light outdoor use. Having the sides cut is also a popular selection for installing the banner in a frame or on a canvas.
