Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Real Estate Banners Vinyl Options
Indoor
Deciding what kind of vinyl to use relies on where the realtor banners will be set up and for how long. If you are planning on displaying the for sale or lease banners inside, such as in your company’s lobby or inside an open house, we have indoor vinyl options. There is the 13oz Indoor Vinyl, which has a matte finish, and the 13oz Indoor Opaque Vinyl, which is satin. Both vinyl materials are weather-resistant and UV-protected for longevity.
Outdoor
If you would like to install the real estate banners outside, such as in front of a home for sale or on a banner post on the property for lease, we also carry outdoor vinyl options. There is a 12oz Mesh Vinyl, which is great for displaying in windy conditions due to its perforated material. The vinyl options also include the 18oz or 23oz Opaque Vinyl. Both options are 100% opaque and outdoor tested, but the 23oz version is for heavier duty while the 18oz is for lighter use.
Finishing Options
How you want to display your real estate banners determines what finishing option you should select. Finishing choices include:
Grommets: The perfect option for hanging the banners from a wall or ceiling or setting it up with a banner post. Grommets can be placed in the four corners or on every 1.5ft of material.
Ultra-Strong Adhesive Tabs: Adhesive tabs are another option for wall and ceiling hanging or using with a banner post. Get tabs in the four corners or across the banner's perimeter.
Pole Pockets: If you are using your for lease, sale, or rent banners with outdoor poles, choose the pole pockets option. Pockets can be added to the top and bottom or just the top. The pole slides into the banner pocket for quick assembly.
Hemmed Sides: Are you hanging the banners without hardware, such as with nails? The hemmed sides offer a clean-cut look and prevents the ends from tearing.
Cut Sides: If you are using a frame or canvas to display your realtor banners, get the sides cut. This version offers a simple, classic look.
