Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Design Promotional Banners Online
Customize a unique design with one of the following design options:
Design Online: Go to our online design tool by clicking on the “Design Online” button on the “Design/Upload” tab. Add logo images, select from a database of clipart and backgrounds, and choose the perfect font for your banner print.
Upload Artwork Template: Download the template of the banner on the “Design/Upload” tab and personalize the design with your own computer software. Press the “Upload Template” button to send the promo banner design to us before or after placing your order.

Promo Banner Vinyl Options
Indoor
Choose the material that is right for your location from our vinyl options. If your business promotion banner is being setup inside an expo center, a mall, or a store, we have 13oz Indoor Vinyl and Indoor Opaque Vinyl. Both materials are excellent for indoor applications but are also weather-resistant and UV-protected for durability. The difference between the two versions is that the Indoor Vinyl has a matte finish while the Indoor Opaque Vinyl has a satin feel.
Outdoor
If the promotional products banner is for outdoor settings, such as on a banner post, a pole, in front of a building, or on a fence, there are different outdoor-tested vinyl options to choose from. There is a 12oz Mesh Vinyl that is ideal for windy conditions due to its perforated, matte finish. We also have 18oz and 23oz Opaque Vinyl, which are strong materials for withstanding the weather. The 23oz version is for heavier duty compared to the 18oz vinyl.
Finishing Options
Choosing the finishing option for the promo banner depends on how it will be setup:
Grommets: Apply grommets to all four corners or on every 1.5ft of banner so that bungee cords can attach the banner to a post or from the ceiling.
Ultra-Strong Adhesive Tabs: Get adhesive tabs around the perimeter or in every four corners of your banner to hang with bungee cords from the ceiling or on a post.
Pole Pockets: Add a pole pocket to the top and bottom of the banner or just to the top. Slide the pole pocket across a banner pole for easy assembly.
Hemmed Sides: Hang the banner on a wall or without hardware by having the sides hemmed. This finishing prevents the sides of the banner from tearing.
Cut Sides: Set the banner up on a frame or a canvas by having the sides cut. This selection provides a classic look.
