Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.

- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line

Design Online: This is a great option for those who do or do not have design experience. In our design tool, you can easily upload family photos and further customize your template using clipart, fonts, colors, and backgrounds.
Upload Artwork Template: For those who prefer using a software program they are familiar with when designing artwork, we have the option of downloading the reunion banner templates link. Upload the template onto your computer and reupload the finished file when you are done.

Vinyl Options
Indoor
Many family events are held indoors, such as in someone’s home or in a party venue. If you are planning on installing your family reunion banners indoors, we have two vinyl material options. Indoor Vinyl and Indoor Opaque Vinyl are both weather-resistant and UV protected so that they last a long time for repeated use. The difference between them is their finishing. The Indoor Vinyl has a textured matte finish, and the Indoor Opaque Vinyl has a smoother satin feel. We recommend using the Indoor Vinyl if you plan on using this family reunion backdrop in the background of pictures because it photographs better. The Indoor Opaque Vinyl, on the other hand, has a more refined look.
Outdoor
A lot of family functions are also held outdoors, like a park or in someone’s backyard. If you want to place your family reunion banners outdoors, we have three vinyl materials to choose from. The important thing to consider when selecting your vinyl is what kind of weather the family reunion signs will be in. If the reunion banner will need to withstand a lot of wind, we recommend the Mesh Vinyl. This material is perforated so that the wind blows through the banner rather than brushes up against it, giving your banner a longer print life. We also have the option between 18oz and 23oz Opaque Vinyl. Both of these outdoor materials are weather-resistant and UV protected, but the 23oz is for heavier duty than the 18oz version, which suits lighter outdoor use.
Finishing Options
Something else to consider when ordering your family reunion banners is how they will be setup. Some customers use hardware while others want to hang the banners as decorations. It is important to get a finishing option that accommodates how you want to install your banner:
Grommets: Choose between getting grommets in the four corners of the banner or on every 1.5ft of material. This finishing is for hanging the family reunion backdrop with bungee cords from a ceiling, across a wall, or on a banner post.
Ultra-Strong Adhesive Tabs: These tabs can either go in the four banner corners or around the perimeter if the banner is long. Adhesive tabs work the same way grommets do in that they are compatible with bungee cords to hang the family reunion signs.
Pole Pockets: Get this finishing either on the top or on the top and the bottom of your banner. Pole pockets are for connecting the banner to a banner stand. The pole sets of the banner stand slide through the opening of the pockets for easy assembly.
Hemmed Sides: You can either add hemmed sides to a previous finishing option or get them by themselves. Having the sides hemmed prevents the edges from ripping, making them perfect for repeated, heavy-duty use.
Cut Sides: You can also get the sides cut as an addition to a previous finishing or get them alone. When the sides of a banner are cut, they create thin edges that easily fit into a frame or on a canvas. These are perfect for light indoor and outdoor use for your family reunion banners.
