Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Kids Custom T-Shirts Printing
Our custom kids t-shirts use direct to film or "DTF" printing. This is a new printing process where we add your design to a piece of film and transfer it onto the fabric with a heat press. This method produces vibrant, long-lasting graphics at an affordable price.
Your prints will have a very slight texture to them. This technique uses elastic inks, which prevent the artwork from cracking or peeling. You can wash these shirts in a washing machine without cracking or fading the graphics.

Our kids custom t-shirts are Gildan Heavy Cotton shirts. These high-quality shirts are soft and breathable for a comfortable fit. These cotton shirts are great for direct to film printing because it results in strikingly colorful designs. We also offer these tees in several colors so you can match your graphics with a shirt color.

We have three ways you can design your custom kids t-shirts. No matter which option you choose, you will get a free artwork proof to review before we print your order.
Design Online: Craft your template in real time without leaving our site using our design suite. In this suite, you can upload artwork files and use tools like text boxes and clipart.
Upload Artwork Template: If you want to create your graphics in a software program, download the template onto your computer. Upload the artwork file back onto our site when you are done.
Free Design Services: Have one of our professional graphic designers customize your custom youth t-shirts, for free. Let us know any text or artwork files you want included and we’ll take it from there.

Do you have any minimum order quantities?
No, we offer our custom youth t-shirts with no minimum order quantity. Order as many or as little as you need.
Can I wash these shirts in a washing machine?
Yes, these shirts are safe to clean in a washing machine. We recommended using the cold or warm cycles. Unlike the cheap custom kids t-shirts offered by competitors, our shirts are designed to last for years of wear.
Do you have discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, each shirt is more affordable the more you buy. When you are finished typing your quantity, look under the price to see what each shirt costs.
Can I add my business logo to these shirts?
Yes, as long as you own your design you can add anything to your kids custom t-shirts. This includes logos and photos.
