Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Design Company Banners Online
At Vispronet we offer three different methods for creating custom business banners for your company or brand. All designs receive a proof for your approval before printing your order.
Design Online: Upload logos, pictures, add clipart, use different fonts, and much more with our online design tool found on the “Design/Upload” tab in the product configurator above.
Upload Artwork Template: Use our downloadable templates to insert your own artwork and then reupload the template file before or after placing your business banner order. This option is recommended for experienced graphic designers.
Free Design Services: If you need help designing your artwork, contact us and our professional graphic designers will create the graphics free of charge. You will receive a free proof for your approval before printing the company banner design.
Different Vinyl Options for Business Banner Printing
Outdoor
Business signs and banners come in different vinyl materials to suit your needs. The decision relies on where the banners will be setup and for how long. There is a mesh vinyl, which is a perforated, matte material. This option is best for outdoor use because it is weather-resistant and has UV protection. Both the 18oz and 23oz opaque vinyl options are also great for outdoor display. These opaque business banners can withstand UV-rays and most weather conditions, with the 23oz being better fortified against strong winds.
Indoor
If you plan on placing your company banners indoors, such as in a lobby or for an event, there are the indoor vinyl options. There is a regular vinyl selection and an opaque option. The regular version has a matte finish while the opaque option has a satin feel. While both indoor banners are weather-resistant and protect against UV, they are more compatible for interior settings compared to the durable outdoor business banners.
Select a Finishing for Setup
Like the material, think about where you will display the business banner signs to determine the finishing.
Grommets: For hanging the corporate banner across a room or between two posts with bungee cords. Grommet finishing is popular for outdoor applications, but they are also suitable for indoors.
Ultra-Strong Adhesive Tabs: An alternative for hanging the banner on an outdoor post or inside from the ceiling. Adhesive tabs are versatile for indoor and outdoor display.
Pole Pockets: More common for outdoor displays. Banners with pole pockets install the same way flags do. Pole pockets slide down or across a flagpole or banner post. The difference between banners and flags is that banner pole pockets are on the top and/or the bottom, while flagpole pockets are on one side.
Hemmed Sides:The hemmed option gives the business banner signs more strength against wear and tear.
Cut Sides: A classic look recommended for use on a canvas or frame.
