Wedding Banners Details
Announce your special day to guests or passersby by displaying wedding banners. Due to the range of long-lasting vinyl materials available, these banners are for either indoor or outdoor setups. Not only is the vinyl strong enough to withstand indoor or outdoor settings, but the print will not scratch or peel off. We digitally print your custom message onto the banner material so that the vivid colors stand out and the print lasts a long time. You can place these banners in a variety of places due to the list of sizes available, including custom. The set sizes are the most popular marriage banner size options, but we understand that some customers want more unique measurements. No matter what vinyl option or size you select, these banners will effectively showcase your wedding banner design to guests at a reception or a ceremony.

Vinyl Options
Indoor
Some weddings and receptions are held indoors, such as in a church or a party venue. If you need wedding banners for indoor settings, there are two vinyl materials to consider. We offer Indoor Vinyl and Indoor Opaque Vinyl. Both options are strong enough for day-long setup due to their weather-resistance and UV protection, but the Indoor Vinyl has a matte feel, and the Indoor Opaque Vinyl has a satin feel. If you plan on taking a lot of pictures of the wedding banner designs, we suggest picking the Indoor Vinyl, because matte shows up better in photographs. Indoor Opaque Vinyl, on the other hand, has a more professional, glossy look due to the satin finish.
Outdoor
Many wedding parties are held outdoors, as well. Ceremonies and receptions are held at outdoor party venues, gardens, beaches, and more. If you are looking for vinyl material that can withstand different weather and temperatures, we have three options. If the wedding banners need to stand up to windy weather conditions, we suggest choosing the Mesh Vinyl. This material is perforated so that the wind passes through the material instead of brushing up against it. There is also the 18oz and 23oz Opaque Vinyl. Both options include weather-resistance and UV protection so that the material and print last a long time. The difference between the two is that the 23oz version is for heavier duty conditions compared to the 18oz vinyl. If the banner will need to stand up to unpredictable, constantly changing weather, we recommend the 23oz vinyl.
Finishing Options
There are many ways to set up wedding banners with or without hardware. Think about how you are going to display the banner and then select a finishing option that will help you with setting it up:
Grommets: Hang your banner from a venue’s ceiling or across a reception area’s wall with bungee cords. Add grommets to the four corners of the banner or on every 1.5ft of banner material, which we suggest if the banners are long.
Ultra-Strong Adhesive Tabs: These tabs are also for using bungee cords to hang the banner across a wall or from a ceiling. Choose between getting adhesive tabs in the four corners of the banner or around the banner’s perimeter.
Pole Pockets: If you are using hardware that includes pole sets, such as outdoor posts and banner stands, we recommend selecting the pole pockets option. You can get a pole pocket on the top of the banner or on the top and bottom.
Hemmed Sides: Add hemmed sides to one of the finishing options above or by themselves. Having the sides hemmed prevents them from ripping or tearing so that the banners last a long time. This option is compatible with or without hardware.
Cut Sides: Having the sides cut creates clean, simple sides. We recommend this option if the wedding banners are for light indoor or outdoor use. These sides are great for setting up the banner without hardware, such as on the table with the signing book.
