Serbia Flags Details
Let your friends and neighbors see how proud you are of your country with a well-made Serbian flag for sale. Set up your flags wherever you need them, whether indoors or outdoors. This is because the knitted polyester material is designed not to rip or tear when exposed to outdoor elements. These flags hold up in rain, wind, snow, and heat without the fabric getting ruined. The weather will also not affect the print. We use a modern dye sublimation technique, which infuses the ink into the fabric to prevent it from scratching or peeling off. This printing process also creates striking colors that catch the eye of passersby. Our flags are affordable because we print the design on one side and it bleeds through to the other, saving on printing costs. If you are looking for hardware to assemble your flag, choose between adding a handheld pole set or a mounted flagpole to your order. These high-quality Serbia flags are guaranteed to look great and last for a long time.

Serbian Flag History
Serbia went through several different flag designs before the modern one began being used. During Medieval times, different kings had different flags. Traces of the modern design weren’t visible until the country’s revolutionary flags. During the First Serbian Uprising in the 1800s, one of the flags could be described as the first Serbian flag. It included blue and red colors and the Serbian cross, but various flags were used around the time. The more modern flag of Serbia design was evident in the one described in the 1835 constitution. This flag had red, white, and blue stripes, but it was accused of being too like the revolutionary flag of France and Russia’s flag (the colors were the reverse of the Russian flag). The tricolor flag was changed to the red, blue, and white order. The same three colors were also used for Yugoslavia’s flag, which Serbia became part of after WWI. When Serbia became a Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia, the same tricolor design was used, except a red star was in the middle instead of the shield previously used until 1918. After the breakup of Yugoslavia, the red star was later removed from the flag in 1992. The current design with the coat of arms was adopted in 2004 and the coat of arms was slightly revised in 2010, resulting in the Serbia flag design used today.
Serbian Flag Symbolism
Coat of Arms: Historic Serbian symbols of a two-headed eagle and the fleur-de-lis are used in the coat of arms. The Serbian Cross is also displayed in the shield with four Cs, which stand for “Samo Sloga Serbina Spasava” (“Only Unity will Save the Serbs”). The crown at the top of the shield was based off the crown of the stars of Serbia.
Red: This color refers to the blood shed by Serbians when fighting for freedom. It is based in a revolutionary idea.
Blue: The middle blue stripe of the Serbia flag also refers to a revolutionary idea and stands for the clear sky.
White: The final white stripe on the Serb flag is also rooted in revolutionary ideals and signifies a bright light.
