Note: You will be able to approve your artwork before your order is scheduled for production. Choose 'Pay Later' at checkout to approve your artwork before submitting payment.
Download the product template, insert your artwork, and re-upload the file.
Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

Custom retractable banners are a staple for any event and trade show exhibitor. Convenient, quick, and easy set up make these portable banners a powerful tool for successful marketing campaigns. We offer pop up banners in a variety of styles, materials, & sizes that are affordable with any budget. Reusable hardware with replacement banners makes these products a wise investment for any serious exhibitor. FREE carrying bag included with each banner stand purchase.

Choose a more affordable Economy or Standard base or go with our more premium Deluxe retractable banners hardware for extended or repeated use. Double-sided printing is available for all three styles with durable polyester and vinyl material options.

Setting Up Your Pull Up Banner
Assembling your roll up banner stand is fast and easy without the need for tools. All you need to do is:
- Remove the pole that comes attached to the base
- Connect the sections of the pole kit
- Secure the bottom of the pole set to the base
- Roll the custom banner out of the base
- Attach the top section of the banner to the top of the pole set.

What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time for these banners is 3 business days. We have rush production and expedited shipping if you need your banner faster. View what delivery dates are available for you during check out or by clicking our “Estimate Delivery” button, located above.
What file types do you accept?
We accept many file types for your artwork. We prefer .PDF files, but we also accept .AI, .EPS, .PSD, .JPG, and .TIFF files.
Do you offer double-sided retractable banners?
Yes! All our pop up banners styles come with the option for double-sided printing for maximum visibility of your artwork, except for our mini retractable banners and our retractable background.
How long do these banners last?
These pull up banners are designed to last over 5 years if they are cared for and stored properly. When storing your banner, keep the base in a cool, dry area like a closet, basement, or attic to prevent any damage. Do not place other objects on top of the banner when in storage.
Is a carry bag included
Yes, each order of these collapsible banner stands comes with a free economy carry bag. We also have the option of adding a padded bag or a premium carrying case to your order for further security when transporting or storing your banner.
