Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.

- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links
- Design to bleed line
- Double-check your grammar and spelling

High-Quality Tablecloth Printing
We print your custom tablecloth to last for years of repeated display. Both printing processes result in long-lasting graphics that are resistant to scratching and peeling.
We print most table covers using a modern dye sublimation printing technique. Dye sublimation ingrains the ink directly into the polyester, creating vibrant, fade-resistant graphics.
This cutting-edge printing technique recreates your design on a piece of film that transfers to fabric. This print option is best for customers who want to showcase their brand or logo with a solid background color.
To select this option, click “4-sided” coverage and “Area Imprint” print type. There, you can select from 4 stock background colors offered at a discounted price.
When will I get my custom fitted table covers?
The standard turnaround time for our fitted tablecloth with logo is 3 business days, but we have rush production and expedited shipping available. Preview your delivery date using our “Estimate Delivery” tool.
How long will these tablecloths last?
These custom fitted tablecloths are made to last for years if properly cared for and stored. We use durable materials and an industry-best printing technique to keep your tablecloth in pristine condition after multiple uses.
What does “all over print” and “area imprint” mean?
“All over print” lets you customize the entire table cover with your design. This is the best option if your artwork includes a background design. The “area imprint” option puts your logo front in center. The logo is printed in the center of the cover while the background is printed with your color choice.
