The standard pole set is made from aluminum and fiberglass and has a wind rating of 30mph. The more flexible premium pole set has a wind rating of 63mph and is made from aviation-grade fiberglass. Consider how long you feather flags will be setup and in what kind of weather when choosing your pole set. We have the option between a ground stake, a cross base and weight bag set, or both for easy setup. The ground stake is for installing your feather flags in soil, such as grass or dirt, while the cross base is for stabilizing the flags on hard surfaces, such as pavement or asphalt. How long do these flags last
With proper care and maintenance, our flags are designed to last 2+ years. We recommend taking the flags down and storing them indoors during strong storms to avoid damaging the pole set and/or the first aid feather flag.
