Your custom graphics are printed on your choice of polyester fabric.
No matter which fabric option you choose, your artwork will be printed using a state-of-the-art dye sublimation method, which ingrains the ink into the material to prevent it from scratching or peeling off. Replacing old graphics with new ones is also easy. Our polyester fabric is machine washable to keep your current graphics in pristine condition. When your pop up is not in use, keep it protected with one of our cases, so your hardware and print are ready to use again.

Design Online: Create your print online in real time using our design suite. The design tool allows you to upload artwork and logo files onto the template and includes such tools as text boxes, colors, clipart, and more.
Upload Artwork Template: Create your pop up display artwork using design software. First, download the artwork template. Next, add your artwork using design software. Lastly, upload your artwork template to your account, before or after checking out.
Free Design Services: Get assistance with designing your pop up by filling out a form for our professional graphic designers. Include any specifications or files you want included in your print and we’ll take it from there.
What is the turnaround time?
It takes 3 business days to print your fabric pop up display straight, but rush production times are available for faster delivery. The shipping depends on what you select when checking out. We have standard and expedited shipping rates to choose from. Click on “Estimate Delivery” to see what’s available for you.
Can I order the hardware or graphics separately?
Yes! Ordering just the print or just the hardware is easy. For the “Order Type” question in the configurator, select “Prints Only” or “Hardware Only” depending on what you need. Replace graphics and frames without ordering an entirely new display.
What is the difference between the polyester material options?
The Display Polyester is the more economical fabric choice while the Premium Opaque Polyester is the more durable of the two. The Display Polyester has a slight stretch and a glossy finish. The Premium Opaque Polyester is 100% opaque with a black backing for vibrant, eye-popping graphics. Both materials are wrinkle-resistant and flame-retardant.
What is the most popular frame size?
Common pop up display booth sizes are the larger 9.8ft x 7.4ft, 12.2ft x 7.4ft, and the defaulted 7.4ft x 7.4ft. Make sure you measure your booth space before choosing your size.
How long will my fabric pop up last?
With proper care, these pop ups are designed to last for years. This is because the aluminum frame and polyester print are durable enough for extended and repeated use at trade shows. Get the most out of your display by cleaning the fabric when it gets dirty and securing the pop up in a case when not in use.
How do I take care of my pop up display banner?
If you need to clean your graphics, they are machine-washable and can be cleaned on a delicate cycle without the print getting ruined. If you need to get rid of wrinkles, we recommend using a steamer for the best results.
