Acceptable file types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIF, JPG, PNG, INDD
Note: Your template file must have all images embedded, layers & transparencies flattened, template lines removed, and saved as 1 page at the highest or maximum quality.
- CMYK color mode
- Use Pantone® Color Bridge® colors whenever possible
- Design at a 1:10 ratio (products smaller than 16” x 16” will be designed at a 1:1 ratio)
- Keep important elements within the gray image safety line
- Minimum resolution of 360 dpi on polyester fabrics
- Minimum resolution of 800 dpi on vinyl & rigid materials
- Vector art preferred
- Convert all fonts to outlines
- Embed all images and links

Design Online: Create your artwork online, in real time using our online design tool. This tool allows you to upload artwork, logos, and images directly from your computer and makes it easy to add text, adjust sizing, insert clip art, and more!
Upload Artwork: To design using this method you must download the artwork template, add your artwork using your own design software, and reupload the completed template to our website, before or after checking out. You can find the artwork template by clicking the “Proceed to Artwork” button listed above.
Free Design Service: Do you need help designing your custom made round tablecloths? Our pre-press can help fix your current artwork or can craft you an impactful design from scratch, for free. Our display polyester has a slight stretch, glossy finish, and is perfect for most trade show and event applications. Our stretch polyester and 300D polyester are stain-resistant, making better suited round tablecloths for messy applications.
Do you provide design assistance? How can I reach them?
